   Great auto shop. Got my car in promptly. Excellent communication giving updates on the vehicle status. Got the repair done the same day and had my car back later in the afternoon. They even gave the entire vehicle an evaluation and gave it a thumbs up. No hard sell trying to mark up service. There was no issue regarding not having parts, or having to wait for parts.    Communication was great! I asked what absolutely “needed” to be done on my vehicle vs what could wait and they thoroughly explained everything. Pricing was perfect and laid out in detail so I knew exactly what each part/labor/etc would cost. They got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. 100% would recommend. Had alignment done, coolant system flush and new cap, and some tire link thing done

   Thank you, Repair One. Wow! I can't express my appreciation enough. The plastic piece under the front of my car came unattached and was dragging. I cam to Repair One to have it fixed after consulting with Nissan. They reattached it for free. I fully expected to pay a few hundred dollars. I was quoted $330 at Nissan. The kindness at this business made my day. They were very professional, kind, and helpful with no upselling. I will use them on future car repairs.

   Car had massive breakdown, towed to Repair One, was diagnosed, and remained there for 10 days before donation. Total bill: less than $150. No storage fees, no harassment, just honest, no nonsense service.

   I have been servicing multiple vehicles at RepairOne for several years. They are always extremely professional and address issues effectively.
